First annual reception at the Permanent Mission of Monaco to the UN since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic

After a two-year hiatus, the Permanent Mission of Monaco to the United Nations in New York organized its annual reception on the occasion of the anniversary of the Accession to the throne of H.S.H. Prince Albert II, on 12 July 2022.

H.E. Mrs. Isabelle PICCO, Ambassador, Permanent Representative of Monaco to the United Nations welcomed many guests, including H.E. Mrs. Maria UBACH FONT, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Andorra, Representatives of Diplomatic Missions including H.E. Mr. Nicolas DE RIVIERE, Permanent Representative of France and H.E. Mr. Gilad ERDAN, Permanent Representative of Israel; Senior Officials of the Secretariat, including Ms. Sima BAHOUS, Executive Director of UN-Women, Ms. Daniela BAS, Director of the Division for Inclusive Social Development; Representatives of International Organizations, Mr. Odd Reidar HUMLEGÅRD, Special Representative of INTERPOL to the United Nations as well as friends of the Principality, Mrs. Maria SOLDIER, Executive Director Alex Soldier and Mr. Karim GUEDOUAR, Head of North America of the Daniel Boulud Group.

This social event also coincided with the arrival of two new members at the Permanent Mission, Ms. Daphné LE SON, Deputy Permanent Representative, and Mr. Benjamin VALLI, Counsellor.
